Refund Policy

Following are the policies related to the refund:

• In case of stock unavailability, full refund will be provided.
• If a consumer wants to cancel an order, full refund will be provided if the package has not been dispatched. But, if the package has been dispatched, then shipping charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
• In cases when the receiver doesn't collect the package due to his personal reasons, full refund will not be made. The shipping charges will be deducted before making the refund.
• If a package can't be delivered because of Courier partner's non-serviceability in your area, or because of any other reason, half of the shipping charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
